Watch Those Sedentary Habits And Behaviours Of Your Children
We all keep on hearing of new health diseases in young children and adults. This unfortunate news makes us all wonder on the predisposing causes or events that are causing these complicated diseases at young age. Health experts are working hard on finding the cause and fighting these deadly diseases and they have tracked the events to be accumulating since childhood.
Researches had proven that children, who were involved in sedentary habits, are prone towards these diseases at an early age. It is thus not only important to initiate physical exercise and activities in children, but also limit the sedentary habits in children.
Children get mostly involved in sedentary habits using, TV, playing video games, computers or sitting in stroller or baby carts. Excessive sitting hours should be restrained in children and they should be not allowed to sit in one position for more than hour.
Keep your children active and introduce healthy habits that they are able to run for their life. Involve them in your daily chores and ask them to accompany you for shopping or going to a playground. Parent’s involvement, and motivation can become an example and they will be enthusiastic to follow them.
