<li>Start using an artificial sweetener.</li>
<li>Eat fruit rather than canned juices, aerated drinks sweets, prefer diet soda.</li>
<li>Drink glass of water with 1 tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar and artificial sweetener.</li>
<li>Brush your teeth with flavored toothpaste.</li>
<li>Chew a gum.</li>
<li>Consume sugar free sweet.</li>
